Pradko, Gallagher & Slanec Family Friendly Professional Dentistry
GOAL: As a high tech and family friendly professional dental service in a large but sprawling rural area of Southeastern
Michigan, PG&S was interested in increasing new patient business while still maintaining a high level of current patient services.
LeDuc Creative Co. was consulted and hired to help bring in new business by projecting the services of PG&S through an improved website,
targeted mailings and informative newsletters.
OUR APPROACH: Mailings targeting the decision-makers, in this case, mom, promoted specific benefits of
PG&S. Four different mailings were produced and dropped concurrently throughout the year. Newsletters highlight specific services and
doctor profiles were also produced to fill in key benefits and services to compliment the mailings. The website was also updated with a new
look and feel to portray a more professional and appealing site, as well as incorporating keywords to increase relevancy.
RESULTS: New patient count had increased by 35% overall for the year, and the area of influence that
PG&S controlled increased dramatically. Continued optimization to and targeted advertisements for the website helped drive more traffic
to the homepage, one-on-one marketing to businesses and events increased prospective customer awareness, and traditional print advertising
helped prompt customers to call to set up an appointment.
Coe Press Equipment Corp. The Company that Feeds an Industry
GOAL: Coe Press Equipment Corporation is a metal stamping equipment company that first sought our advice in 1982, and has
remained a respected client ever since. Initially, they were seeking to simply improve the appearance of their equipment sales catalog.
Once LeDuc Creative Co.’s marketing expertise was realized, a full branding makeover was soon initiated.
OUR APPROACH: While redesigning the sales catalog, we also updated the company’s image by providing
them with a more crisp marketing look and appeal that it continues to maintain today. In the years since, LeDuc Creative Co. has created a strategic
marketing plan for Coe Press with benefit-driven advertisements placed in targeted publications for optimal industry exposure. We have also
supplied the company with timely updates to its sales catalog, created numerous professional brochures and press releases to increase market
presence, devised and maintain a web site to showcase capabilities, produced an interactive CD of its sales manual as well as designed signage
for booths at several fabrication trade shows to maintain brand consistency.
RESULTS: Throughout our partnership, which now spans two decades, Coe Press Equipment Corporation’s
business has grown by more than 30% as it has expanded its reach and resources to become a global corporation.
ArborMotion Specialized Auto Care with a Community Focus
GOAL: ArborMotion is a high-end, full service automotive repair facility that was looking to refine their corporate identity and branding.
They turned to LeDuc Creative Co. to provide a strategy that encapsulated ArborMotion's capabilities, expertise and services into a concise and compelling
concept.
OUR APPROACH: The ArborMotion logo was redesigned and a new tagline “Customer Focused with a Technician’s
Touch” was developed to better represent the comprehensive and cost-effective services and specialized auto care that ArborMotion offers. These
elements were incorporated throughout all advertising and marketing materials to help create a specific “Brand” foundation with consistent
messaging.
An updated corporate identity, press releases focusing on the refinement of value-added services, informative post cards featuring
various promotions and community support events, as well as radio advertisements were all produced to keep pace with the updated branding and corporate identity.
RESULTS: A contemporary and compelling company look and sound, with a promoted presence in the community has brought
appeal and increased interest in ArborMotion to automotive owners of various ages, makes and models of vehicle.
The Conger Alumnae Group No Place Like a Home Tour
GOAL: The Conger Alumnae Group is a primary provider of need-based scholarships to deserving women who want to attend the University of Michigan.
Their main desire was to generate greater exposure that would increase scholarships and endowments as well as project the strong ties to community involvement
the group requires for fulfillment.
OUR APPROACH: Special attention was focused on a high-profile project called the Conger Home Tour which creates a significant
source of revenue for the year while also building stronger ties with local businesses. LeDuc Creative Co. created an illustrative approach that incorporated a high-end
feel that was also warm and inviting across the invitations, posters and promotional pieces promoting the home tour as a compelling and appealing event.
RESULTS: The event has already generated a significant source of revenue for additional scholarships, and response has been so
positive that additional home tours have been implemented to meet the overwhelming demand.
St. Joseph Mercy Health System 10 Years Later: A Booklet for a New Generation
GOAL: LeDuc Creative Co. was selected to create and manage the production of a breast self-examination information booklet – from concept
to completion. McAuley Breast Care needed an informative yet non-clinical booklet presented in a clear, concise and caring voice.
OUR APPROACH: In managing the entire production process – from concept design through printing and distribution –
we were able to bring McAuley’s vision to reality by successfully combining copy, graphics and photography to produce a warm, welcoming and professionally
succinct booklet.
RESULTS: Ten years later, we redesigned and updated this important breast self-examination information booklet for a new generation.
Today, it continues to be enthusiastically received and reviewed, providing an important and comforting reference for women to better understand breast health care.
International Metrology Systems Software for a New Millennium
GOAL: International Metrology Systems, a coordinated measuring machine and software producer, came to LeDuc Creative Co.
in 1998 seeking a more polished presence to highlight its software brochures.
OUR APPROACH: In addition to redesigning the corporate brochures, LeDuc Creative set to work creating new product
logos and managing IMS’s public relations campaigns. This included establishing a stronger brand presence as well as identifying new
media prospects and issuing monthly press releases to targeted publications.
RESULTS: IMS has been creating excitement in the conservative metrology industry with its cutting-edge
products. Its sales volume remains high and their growth has been impressive given the relatively small size of the company. Our advertisements, booth
designs, and PR campaigns have been well received, and have generated a substantial number of qualified leads, inquiries, and sales.
Delta Industrial Reinventing American Manufacturing
GOAL: Although Delta Industrial already had a reputation as a leading press foundation contractor, LeDuc Creative Co.’s
expertise was utilized to promote the full spectrum of services Delta Industrial offers.
OUR APPROACH: The groundwork was laid to reinforce Delta Industrial’s existing network of clients,
in addition to creating new clients in the industry with traditional trade publication ads, PR and ecommerce. The website was re-evaluated based
on Google searching guidelines to adjust the content to be more effective in bringing in more qualified visits to the site looking for the kind
of services Delta offers.
A product catalog was also added to the website promote Delta products, as well as a total of fourteen press release topics distributed
in both traditional and digital outlets for an immediate, cost-effective impact.
RESULTS: Continued optimization and targeted advertisement for the websites, scheduled press releases
through publication and email, and traditional advertising through signage and print all come together for a 360° advertising blitz in 2010.
Effective means of delivery has been established for each advertising outlet, allowing quick turnaround for creation, distribution and measurable
results.
Yates Industries Becoming a North American Favorite
GOAL: Yates Industries is a respected manufacturer of new and reconditioned hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders for all of North America. Their
goal was to increase their distributor list in North America as well as exercise additional influence in both Mexico and Canada.
OUR APPROACH: Mixing a multi-media approach in multiple global publications, LeDuc Creative Co. drove home a
message of performance, experience and emergency service. It was an effective way to meet the demands of a competitive industry and maximize any
increases in market share.
The content of these marketing materials contained a wide variety of new manufactured cylinder products and a secondary focus
on repair of all manufactured cylinder products. The Catalog, Line Card and Website were the main delivery tools for this platform, allowing viewers
of the ads and PR a method for connecting with the company and purchasing products.
RESULTS: Yates reconditioned cylinder division increased sales dramatically as more customers were reintroduced
to this aspect of Yates in an atmosphere of economic belt tightening. Educating distributors to become more cognizant of applications that could
utilize Yate’s cylinders also helped Yates make in-roads into a wider variety of manufacturing areas. Advertising in key Canadian trade journals
also saw Canadian sales jump from increased exposure.
Fingerle Lumber We'll Walk you Through a Project. Not Point You Down the Aisles.
GOAL: Fingerle Lumber first approached us with the request that we infuse more creativity into their advertising materials
while also giving them a more professional look and feel. Larger home improvement chains such as Home Depot and Lowes were increasingly
competing for customers with Fingerle, which made it especially important for this independent local business to immediately begin to
significantly increase its marketing visibility.
OUR APPROACH: Following numerous creative brainstorming sessions, LeDuc Creative proposed a comprehensive
advertising campaign designed to promote Fingerle's image as a local family-owned services-oriented full-service building supply company that
truly cared about its customers. We stressed Fingerle's individualized attention and dedication to detail, as well as the project consultation
services it provides to renovation novices and general contractors alike. And, we utilized both print and outdoor advertising methods.
RESULTS: Fingerle's image campaign has been extremely successful, with many customers making positive comments
about our billboards and newspaper advertisements. One of the larger chains has recently used an advertisement that is very similar to one of
the ads we designed for Fingerle.
